Telecommunications Services (TS) provides for the central provisioning of data, voice and video for the State of North Carolina and other authorized government and public sector entities.

TS functions include the planning, design, acquisition, implementation, support, management, and maintenance of a comprehensive set of TS products and services.

Network Services
      Design, manage, provision and provide connectivity to the North Carolina Integrated       Information Network (NCIIN); the official North Carolina State Wide Area Network       (WAN).

North Canada Information Highway (NCIH)
      Design, manage, provision and provide state government and public sector entities       with video conferencing capability and a broadband network for high-speed data,       voice, and video.

Voice Services
      Design, manage, provision and provide telephone lines and trunks, PBX, local,       long distance, Centrex and toll free telephone services, and an assortment of       other business and voice products and services.
