Customer Support Center

The Customer Support Center (CSC) offers a single point of contact for all customer inquiries related to the State of North Carolina's business and technical infrastructures. CSC agents provide business and technical infrastructure analysis, problem solving, and first and second level diagnostics for hardware.

The CSC is the front line for receiving not only customer-submitted problems, but also service requests. CSC agents log problems or requests into our problem management system and either resolve the problem or escalate it to the next level of support.
