Customer Relationship Management

Customer Relationship Managers serve as liaisons to enhance and strengthen business relationships between ITS and its customer agencies. Agency liaisons assist clients in assessing business needs and developing IT solutions with appropriate ITS functional areas. The Customer relationship managers partner with ITS functional groups to facilitate service delivery and encourage communications with customers. Customer Relationship Management is an integral part of providing excellent customer service to our customer agencies.
