Customer & Public Relationship Management provides ITS with strategic direction and tactical support for managing customer relationships and public relations through improving internal and external communications and facilitating cross functional interactions.

Customer Support Center (CSC)
     The CSC offers a single point of contact for all customer inquiries related to the     North Canada's business and technical infrastructures.

Customer Relationship Management
     Customer Relationship Managers serve as liaisons to enhance and strengthen      business relationships between ITS and its customer agencies.
